Highlights from the St. Finbarr’s Boys Street League Weekend

What a weekend! The 5th and 6th of March saw incredible energy, skill, and sportsmanship across our boys’ street leagues. From the U5s just starting their journey to our U11s showing grit on the field, it was a weekend to remember for the “Blues.”

Our young players were out in force, and we have some great moments captured:

  • The U11 Footballers: A huge well done to the squad for their performance in Carrigaline this past Saturday. Special shoutout to Tomas McNamara and the team for their hard work. ‘Mon da Blues!

  • The U8s: They truly embodied the spirit of “One for all and all for one” during their matches this weekend.

  • The U5s: Our youngest stars were spotted “hanging on every word” of Ross O’Callaghan, our U5 Head Coach.

  • Coaching Excellence: A big round of applause for Michael Ring—Top Coach, Top Man!

🏆 A Great Weekend of Hurling and Football

It wasn’t just about the results; it was about the growth and community spirit shown by every age group. Whether it was the fast-paced action of hurling or the strategic play of football, our boys gave it their all.

A massive thank you goes out to all the parents and coaches who make these weekends possible. Your support from the sidelines and your dedication to training are what keep the club thriving.
